The Professional Bull Riders will return to Scotiabank Place on this Saturday, January 14

OTTAWA, ON (January 9, 2012) – This Saturday, January 14th, the Professional Bull Riders (PBR) Canadian Cup Series will return to Scotiabank Place for the first stop on the 2012 Tour.  Thirty of the best riders in Canada will compete for cash and points toward the 2012 Canadian Cup Series National Champtionship.  Ticket prices start at just $20 and for the ultimate experience fans can purchase a VIP ticket that includes early entry and an opportunity to meet the PBR superstars.

“The best riders in the world compete with the PBR and we are pleased to host such an elite group of riders at Scotiabank Place on the very first stop of the 2012 PBR Canadian Cup Series,” said Tom Conroy of the Scotiabank Place.

Last year Aussie Brett Hanrahan of Rockley, NSW won his very first PBR Cup Series event in Ottawa.  See who will make history at this year’s event when some of the top cowboys in Canada and the world take on each other-and battle against some of the toughest bulls in Canada.

Besides Ottawa, the PBR Canadian Cup Series includes stops at the MTS Centre (Winnipeg, MB), Rexall Place (Edmonton, AB), Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre (Abbotsford, BC), John Labatt Centre (London, ON), the Bell Centre (Montreal, QC) and Credit Union Centre (Saskatoon, SK) among others.
