2010 PBR Canada Membership Requirements
PLEASE READ THIS PAGE BEFORE COMPLETING THE MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM
PBR is the true players' association, owned and operated by the World's elite Professional Bull Riders Inc. Membership may be denied, withdrawn completely, suspended or changed by category, with or without cause, at any time by PBR, at its sole discretion. Fines and other disciplinary measures may also be imposed for violation of any of the Membership Rules, or violation of terms and conditions governing a Member's behavior or participation at any time.
Membership is an invitation only privilege, and not a right.
MUST BE LEGAL AGE OF MAJORITY IN HOME PROVINCE
CLAIMS-CRITERIA-CONDITIONS-REQUIREMENTS

A. A prospective new member may make application for "permit member" status.
|

|
B. World Card applicants must have won $2500 in PBR Events in 2009. Canadian Card applicants must have won $1500 in PBR Events in 2009.
|
|
|
C. If a prospective member is 18 years old and lives in an 18 year of majority Province special consideration for membership status may be granted for competition restricted to competing only in Provinces of 18 age of majority.

|
|
D. Prospective members must complete a current membership application; sign a Waiver of PBR liability for third party claims; sign compliance with PBR rules and policies; agree to and sign publicity consent form; and sign Waiver and Release form- all included in membership application packet.

Money won at PBR Canada sanctioned and approved events by its members in good standing during the 2010 season counts towards 2010 PBR World Finals and PBR Canadian National Finals qualifications.
