MEDICINE HAT, Alta. – Rolling into the fall run of the PBR Canada Cup Series events, it's coming down to the wire, not only for the championship, but also for the bulls that get to go to the Finals, and the riders on the cut line to get into the Finals in those last few holes.

Every bull counts, and Medicine Hat is going to be an important event.

This weekend, we're going to see a lot of the younger bulls that are trying to show our Livestock Director, Zane Lambert, that they deserve to go the Finals, so should be good, should be a lot of fun, and I’m looking forward to getting to the action.

Should see lots of rides tonight with Lonnie West, Jordan Hansen, Tyler Craig, Dakota Buttar, Jeremy Maisonneuve, there's going to be a lot of good rides, in my opinion, tonight.

Gilmar Santana vs. Full Metal Jacket

This is a rematch for Gilmar. They matched up for 84.2 points at the Ponoka bull riding earlier this year. Should be into his hand. Gilmar has been riding lights out, trying to get that first Canadian championship, putting the pressure on Tetz and Buttar and all the guys in that Top 10. Look for another great score to set himself up good for the short round.

Nick Tetz vs. Bail Money

Tetz has been going back and forth with the Arizona Ridge Riders in the Team Series, and splitting his time with Canada, trying to get that next Canadian title. This is a good bull. Don't know much about him, but I’ve seen that they’ve rode him a few times though. Should be right up Nick’s alley. He needs to step up and stay on every bull that he gets on for the rest of the year to get that Championship, and look for him to start that right here in Medicine Hat.

Grady Young vs. Destination Unknown
Great to see Grady Young coming over to the to the PBR Canada tour. He's heavy on the rodeo tour this year and won his first Canadian Championship last week at the Canadian Finals Rodeo. Look for him to keep that momentum rolling. This is a big gray bul. Could be around to the right, could go either way. When he gets spinning, he’s got some hesitation, which, from the bulls that I've seen Grady ride, the last few, seems to fit him really well. He doesn't get too anxious, stays right in the middle, and that’s what he's going to have to do on this bull. I’m pumped to see Grady at the PBRs and hopefully we get to see that success. I see an 86-87-point ride here, possible round win, to set himself up great, and try to get that last minute push to the PBR Canada National Finals.

William Barrows vs. Slingin Stones
This is a bull that the guys like to get on. Comes from Lazy P. Should be right in the gate to the left. We’ve seen Keeping, we’ve seen Tetz, we’ve seen a lot of left handers have success on this bull. I look for the exact same thing here for William. He’s right on that bubble line, trying to make his way to Edmonton. Great bull for him to do it here, 84-85-point ride to set himself up for a good pick in the championship round.

Aaron Roy vs. Dark Side

The veteran is still doing it. He's been riding really well. Rode good in Kindersley and look for him to keep that momentum rolling here in Medicine Hat. This is a good bull, they were just 86 points on him in Montana a couple of weeks ago. He's been on that rodeo side of things too, but one that Aaron should know, and one that he should eat up. Same thing here, look for that, 86-point ride, 87-point ride, like they were a couple of weeks ago, and for Aaron to set himself up and try and make his way up the standings to try and win himself another Canadian championship as well.
