KINGSTON, Ont. – Lots of great matchups tonight for Round 2 of the PBR Kingston Classic.

We’re going to some rides from guys like Garrett Green. Look for the momentum to keep going for a lot of the guys like that.

These are some of the matchups that stand out to me for Round 2 of the event from Kingston. Let us know your thoughts and your picks for the Cup Series event by tagging @PBRCanada on Twitter.

Tickets are still available and can be purchased at the Slush Puppie Place Box Office and online at Ticketmaster.ca.

Cody Coverchuk vs. Al Capone

Coverchuk, as we’ve talked previously in these matchups, is riding phenomenally. Separating himself from everyone else in the pack. This is another bull that he can do that on. Al Capone is a veteran bull, been around for a while. A red muley, should be around to the left, sucking back. Might switch it up and go back to the right at the end. Should be no problem for Coverchuk. Should be 86 points to set himself up good for the short round.

Nick Tetz vs. Dealing After Midnight

Really good matchup for Tetz, bull should be around to the right, away from his hand. Similar to the bull that he got on yesterday. Nick showed his old self yesterday to us all, proved what he can do, and look for him to continue that momentum now into these Canada Cup events as well as the Teams Series. Should be no problem for Nick, 86-87-point score. Look for Nick to take his second victory of the 2024 PBR Canda Cup Series tonight.

Boudreaux Campbell vs. Electric Guitar

Boudreaux won the round last night, rode really, really well. Looks to be the old Boudreaux that we’ve all come to know and love. This bull should be around to the left, should have some movement to him. In Brandon he didn’t have his normal trip to him, kind of jumped out at the end. But this bull is usually right into the door to the left. Really bucking, really kicking. Look for Boudreaux to possibly take another round win, and set himself up good for the short round, with an 85-86-point score.

Jared Parsonage vs. Diggin Up Bones

This bull is a grey muley, he comes from Jim Thompson. Should be right in the gate to the right. Really bucks, really kicks through it. One that the guys want to get on. Jared got bucked off last night, probably made him mad, wants to redeem himself, and this is the exact bull to do it on. Should be a great matchup for Jared to get back to the short round on one bull, 87-88-point score.

Gilmar Santana vs. Tailor Made

We’ve seen this bull in the short round last weekend in London, Ontario. A black, white-faced bull. Looks like one that you want to get on, one that all the guys like to get on. Should be right in the gate to the left, right into Gilmar’s hand. This guy has been hot all season since he came to Canada, won a couple of Touring Pro Division events. He hasn’t had a bunch of success on the Cup Series but look for that to change tonight. Gilmar will step out and be 86-87 points and set himself up great for the championship round, and then roll into Ottawa and show us all what he can do at the Canada Cup Series events.
